Terms and Conditions: Your Juno x Wealthify

What is this Promotion about?

As part of the Your Juno x Wealthify Promotion (“the Promotion”), Your Juno is offering every new user of Your Juno the opportunity to sign up to Your Juno for the first time and receive:

(12) months of the Your Juno Premium subscription plan for free (the “Your Juno Subscription Offer”). The Your Jumo Subscription Offer will not be available to you if you already have an active Your Juno Premium account

In order to receive the Your Juno Subscription Offer, you must sign up to Your Juno through the Your Juno app between 00:00 UTC on 08 March 2023 and 23:59 UTC on 08 April 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

These terms (the “Promotion Terms”) set out the rules that apply to this Promotion, and you must comply with these Promotion Terms and also the terms that apply to Your Juno account at all times when participating in this Promotion.

What do I need to do to take part in the Promotion?

If you already have a Your Juno Premium account you won’t be eligible for this Promotion. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:

How do I start my Your Juno Subscription Offer?

If you meet the eligibility criteria and have completed the steps outlined in “What do I need to do to take part in this Promotion?”, you will be eligible for a Your Juno Subscription Offer.

Once you have completed these steps, 12 months of free Your Juno Premium subscription will be added to your account.

On the expiry of your Your Juno Subscription Offer, your Your Juno Premium account will be closed. If you wish to continue using your Your Juno Premium account, you will need to pay the relevant charges for the subscription to Your Juno in line with Your Juno’s terms and conditions

What other legal information should I know?

This Promotion is organised and offered by Her Juno Ltd, a company whose registered address is at 160 City Road, EC1V2NX London.
The applicable terms and conditions for the Your Juno account will apply to you during your Your Juno Subscription Offer and on the expiry of the Your Juno Subscription Offer. Please ensure you are aware of the terms and conditions and any charges that are applicable to your Your Juno account.
We may cancel this Promotion or change these Promotion Terms at any time. If we change these Promotion Terms or cancel this Promotion, we will announce the change or cancellation in the same way we announced this Promotion. We will also publish the updated version of these Promotion Terms on our website. Any changes to the Promotions Terms do not affect your rights, if you have already participated in the Promotion.

Your Juno is not responsible for the content or other websites or links it might link. Your Juno is not liable for anything that happens if you choose to use them. If you do buy products or services from another website, please first read its terms and conditions and privacy policy carefully. Remember: you'll be bound by those terms and conditions and any personal information you give them will be used in line with their privacy policies, not ours.
Some of Your Juno’s links are 'affiliate' links, which take you directly or indirectly to a product provider and which may result in Your Juno receiving money if you click through to its site or buy a product or service from it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juno and its affiliates against all losses, legal claims and demands that may arise in connection with your use or misuse of our service in breach of these terms. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel. Your Juno Juno is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our service.
These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. The English language version of these terms shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding. The English version shall be used in any legal proceedings.
